Jay helped us rewire a lighting fixture box for a room we wanted to convert into a nursery. The wires were charred from heat exposure and the old fixture couldn't support the new light we wanted. He had to cut into the ceiling to reach good wire, but regardless of how bad it looked he made it look effortless and took the time to make it easier for us to repair the ceiling.
